1. Do I need to book an appointment? 
No, you can walk into our store at 37 High Street, Newport, South Wales, NP20 1GF anytime during business hours for an instant valuation.  

2. How do you determine the value of my jewellery? 
We assess the weight, purity, and current market price of gold or other precious metals. For gemstone or luxury items, we consider brand and condition. 

3. Do you buy broken or damaged jewellery?  
Yes! We buy scrap gold, broken chains, single earrings, and other damaged jewellery. It still has value based on its metal content.  

4. How quickly will I get paid?  
We offer instant payment once you accept our offer—no delays, no hassle!  

5. Do I need to bring ID? 
Yes, valid identification (passport, driving licence, or a government-issued ID) is required for security and legal reasons.  

6. Do you buy gold-plated or costume jewellery?
